One plan: $37 per user per month, or $370 per user per year — that's two months free. Every seat gets every feature, AI tools included. There's no cut-down starter tier and no premium tier above it. The only things that ever cost extra are optional add-ons for the parts with a real running cost: the AI Suite (+$12 per user per month) for heavy AI use, and a one-page website for your business (+$7 a month for the whole workspace).

Yes. Quoting, jobs, scheduling, invoicing, payment reminders, timesheets, reporting, even the AI tools — it's all in the one subscription, with nothing locked behind a higher tier. The only things that ever cost extra are the two parts with a real running cost behind them: AI compute, and hosting a website for you. Both are offered as optional add-ons rather than baked into everyone's price. Every feature is included; we only pass on that running cost.

Every ServiceYak plan already includes AI — 20 Yak AI requests, 5 hours of AI meeting notes and 20 receipt and bill scans per person each month, which is plenty for most crews. Unlike the rest of the app, AI runs on compute we pay for every time you use it, so rather than bake that cost into everyone's price we keep the base plan honest and let heavy users add the AI Suite: +$12 per user per month (or $120 a year) for 200 Yak AI requests, 50 hours of meeting notes and 200 scans per person each month. Add it, drop it, or skip it anytime — nothing else about your plan changes.

It's a one-page website for your business — built from what ServiceYak already knows about you, published to your own domain and hosted by us. It's $7 a month for the whole workspace, or $70 a year, and unlike everything else we sell it is flat rather than per seat: a six-person crew pays the same $7 a sole trader does. Building and previewing a site are free; the add-on is what puts it on the internet. Add it, drop it, or never touch it — nothing else about your plan changes.

Not on your actual work. Send as many quotes, run as many jobs and raise as many invoices as you can win — some trade apps cap that and charge you to go over, but ServiceYak never meters the business you do. The only usage with a monthly allowance is AI (Yak AI requests, meeting-note hours and document scans), because it runs on compute we pay for — and even that is generous on the base plan and expandable with the AI Suite.

Nope. The 30-day free trial is completely free and needs no card. You only add billing details if you decide to stick around after the trial.

We'll give you a heads-up before it's up. Pick a plan to keep going, or do nothing, we never auto-charge a card you never entered. Your data sits safe either way.

Yes. Add a seat when you take someone on, drop it when the season slows down. You only ever pay for the people in your workspace.

Never. Pay monthly or annually, cancel any time, and take your data with you. We'd rather earn your subscription each month than trap you in a contract.
