You can ask us to delete your ServiceYak account and the personal data we hold about you whenever you like. Here's how it works.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from your account address. From the email associated with your ServiceYak account, email us with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. Verify it's you. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before we act on the request.
  3. We delete your data. Once verified, we delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

What we keep

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone. The only information we keep afterwards is the limited financial and transaction records we're legally required to retain. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
