Send your first quote
This is the moment the work starts. Sending a quote emails it to your client with a link they can open, review and accept — no PDFs to wrangle.
You'll email a saved quote to your client so they can view it online and accept it with a tap.
Step by step
- Open the quote. Go to Quotes and open the draft you built.
- Review it. Double-check the client, the line items and the total.
- Tap Send. Confirm the client's email address, and add a short message if you like.
- Send it. Your client gets a branded email with a link to view and accept the quote online.
Tips
- You'll be able to see when a quote has been sent, viewed and accepted.
- Need to change something after sending? Update it and resend — your client always sees the latest version.
- Accepted quotes turn straight into a job or an invoice, so you never re-type the details.
What happens next
Once your client accepts, you can turn the quote into a scheduled job — that's the next step.
Common questions
How does my client accept the quote?
They open the link in the email and accept online. No account or app needed on their end.
Can I resend a quote?
Yes. Open the quote and send it again any time; the client sees the current version.
