Turn on online payments
Online payments let your clients pay an invoice by card or bank transfer with a tap — which means you get paid faster and chase less.
You'll connect ServiceYak's secure payments (powered by Stripe) so a “Pay now” button appears on the invoices you send.
Before you start
- Your business details, to verify the account.
- The bank account details where you'd like your payouts to land.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Integrations. Go to Settings and find Payments under Integrations.
- Start setup. Tap Set up payments to begin connecting your account.
- Verify your details. Follow the secure Stripe steps to confirm your business and add the bank account your payouts land in.
- Finish. Once approved, online payments switch on and your invoices include a Pay now option.
Tips
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe — card and bank details never touch ServiceYak's servers.
- Only owners and admins can set up payments for the business.
- Verification can take a little while on Stripe's end; you'll see the status update once it's active.

With payments on, your final milestone is collecting your first online payment — getting paid.
